Who are your best customers?

With ‘best customers’ I mean the ones who LOVE your product or service, are happy to pay the price you charge and tell lots of other people. We all have them and they are the ones that give us joy in our work as we all strive to have satisfied customers, or even better: raving fans!

So stop and think: who are my best customers, how do they find me (ask them!)… and how could I get more of them?

Thats what effective marketing planning helps identify and target.
